Virginia Woman Refunded After Years-Long Dispute With Dentist

A dental billing dispute left a bad taste in the mouth of a Virginia woman. Even after going to the state dental board and proving her case, she says she still never got her refund from a dentist that owed her $1,200. She turned to Consumer Reporter Susan Hogan for help.
