Virginia Governor Unveils Free Community College Plan

Free community college could be an option for some students in Virginia. The governor announced a plan to spend $145 million over the next two years to make sure students don’t graduate with debt. The proposal would provide tuition-free community college to low- and middle-income students, who are looking to work in some high demand fields and are willing to give back.
