Charles Severance Served With Extradition Warrant

Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe said he signed an extradition warrant to get Charles Severance, who is being investigated in connection with three murders in Alexandria, back here from West Virginia. News4’s Mark Segraves has the latest on the case.
