Virginia Gov. Youngkin signs 88 bills, vetoes 11 others

Virginia Gov. Glenn Youngkin signed 88 new bills, including a measure backed by abortion rights groups. But 11 vetoes were also handed down Friday night. Among those vetoes were legislation that would have shielded women and medical practitioners from potential extraditions because of abortion services.
