Virginia GOP Reacts to Gay Marriage Move

Leading Virginia Republicans are outraged at the new Attorney General’s action on same-sex marriage. Mark Herring says he will no longer defend Virginia’s ban. The constitutional amendment was approved by voters in 2006 but polls show a majority of Virginians support the unions.
