Victims' Families Working to End Early Prison Releases for Good Behavior

The men who murdered a 67-year-old woman and a pregnant 17-year-old girl may serve only a fraction of their prison sentences because of their good behavior behind bars. Their families are working to change a system in Maryland that makes them eligible for early release. “It’s despicable,” one mother told News4’s Darcy Spencer.
