Victim in1984 Cold Case Homicide Identified as Ex-Marine

Thanks to advanced fingerprint technology, the FBI has identified the victim in a 1984 cold case homicide. His name is Bennett Louis, a former U.S. Marine. His remains were found in a patch of woods in Beltsville, Maryland, back in October of 1984. News4’s Chris Gordon talked to the victim’s daughter.
