VDOT Changing Policies After $11M Snow Plowing Bribery Case

The Virginia Department of Transportation says it’s changing policies and beefing up background checks for its own employees almost two years after two high-ranking employees pleaded guilty to roles in a $11 million bribery scheme related to snow removal contracts. One was caught on camera snorting cocaine in the office. News4’s Scott MacFarlane reports.
