Va. Courthouses Prep for Crowds If Gay Marriage Becomes Legal

Same-sex couples may be able to wed in Virginia on Thursday, and commonwealth officials are preparing for the possibility by drafting a revised marriage license form for courthouse clerks to use as soon as they open their doors.
