USDA Struggling to Fill Positions Relocated Out of DC

The National Institute of Food and Agriculture and the Economic Research Service should have about 330 employees, but since they were relocated from D.C. to Kansas, 150 jobs are vacant. News4’s Scott MacFarlane reports.
