Book Looks at History of US Naval Observatory

Is the official residence of the vice president better than the White House? Some residents have said yes, according to Charles Denyer. He wrote a new book about the U.S. Naval Observatory, where the vice president lives. News4’s Erika Gonzalez spoke with him.
