University of Maryland Student Held Without Bail While Bowie State Family Plans Son's Funeral

Bail was denied Monday for The University of Maryland student accused of stabbing and killing a Bowie State student. Christopher Urbanski is charged with murdering Richard Collins III over the weekend. Collins was commissioned by the US Army last week, and would have graduated college tomorrow. The Prince George’s County State’s Attorney is focusing on the murder case before deciding if this qualifies as a hate crime.
