UMD Announces New Policy for Incidents of Hate Bias

The University of Maryland says it has a new policy on how to respond to hate bias incidents on campus. This comes months after the death of Lt. Richard Collins III, who was killed on campus back in May. The man who stabbed him is charged with a hate crime. Now to News 4’s Justin Finch has more on the school’s new plan.
