U.Md. Frat Tries to Cut Out Cancer

Hair clippers buzzed in College Park, Maryland, Friday afternoon as the brothers of Sigma Alpha Epsilon at the University of Maryland raffled off the opportunity to shave their heads to raise money in honor of Mike Mandl, a senior who was diagnosed with a form of bone cancer.
