U.S. House Panel Plans $16M Budget Hike for Capitol Police

New screenings for vehicles and people who enter the U.S. House complex through the busy, crowded underground garages likely will begin within weeks, U.S. Capitol Police told the News4 I-Team, and a House panel plans a $16 million budget increase for its police. Scott MacFarlane reports.
