U.S. Capitol Locked Down for Report of Gun Outside the Building

The Capitol grounds were on lockdown this afternoon after someone reported seeing a person with a gun outside the building. The building was also on lockdown Friday for a report of a gun inside the building that turned out to be a false alarm.
