Two Men Charged in Death of Spotsylvania Woman

Two men have been charged with murder, more than a year after Heather Siccone was found dead behind the wheel of her car in Spotsylvania County. Her body was found just a couple hours after she’d told her parents that she received a call from a friend whose car broke down. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
