Two men arrested for gun possession near US Capitol

U.S. Capitol Police officers arrested two men after they crashed a stolen car into a vehicle barricade and then tried to run away armed with modified guns. News4’s Mauricio Casillas spoke exclusively with the Capitol police chief about the arrest, and the uptick in crime the District is experiencing.
