Two CSX Workers Killed by Amtrak Train Identified

The two CSX workers who died after they were hit by an Amtrak train on Wednesday have been identified by police. They were Stephen Deal, 20, of Meyersdale, Pennsylvania, and Jake Lafave, 25, of Cumberland, Maryland, were killed, D.C. police said Thursday.
