Twins Born Conjoined Celebrate Milestone at Children's National Medical Center in D.C.

They are called “miracle babies” by D.C. doctors. Tyler and Tyson Proctor were born conjoined. They were separated at just 2 months old. On Tuesday, they celebrated a major milestone at Children’s National Medical Center. News4’s Chris Gordon reports they are doing so well, their father is even planning their athletic careers.
