Casa Carmen Winery on Maryland’s Eastern Shore is the only Latino-owned winery in the state. Founder Enrique Pallares says he and his brother Felipe Pallares want to make not just regionally distinctive bottles, but world-class wines. News4’s Erika Gonzelez reports.
