Tom Manger Sworn in as US Capitol Police Chief

A familiar name has taken the helm of the U.S. Capitol Police Department. Tom Manger, the former chief in Fairfax and Montgomery Counties, was sworn in. News4’s Pat Collins spoke to him about coming out of retirement, and what’s ahead as he gets ready to lead a department still reeling from the events of January 6.
