Time to Smile: Cherry Blossom Peak Bloom Prediction Is Out

The National Park Service predicts the blossoms will reach peak bloom from March 22-25. News4’s Pat Collins went down to the Tidal Basin, where folks are already excited – and smiling – for springtime.
