3 Rescued From Burning Apartment Building in the District

More than two dozen people will have to find somewhere to stay after a fire ripped through their apartment building in the District. It took more than 50 firefighters to get everything under control and three people had to be rescued by ladder. News4’s Pat Collins reports.
