Thieves Stealing Entire Wheels in One Va. Neighborhood

For the second time this week, neighbors in one Annandale, Virginia neighborhood woke up to find that thieves had stolen the wheels — not just tires, but the entire wheels — off several cars. This time, all of the cars were new Honda Accords with expensive black rims. And, adding insult to injury, the thieves tore up landscaping bricks from nearby yards to prop up the cars. It’s a crime that’s hitting more and more drivers, authorities told News4’s Mark Segraves.
