THEARC Focuses on Getting Meals, Groceries to Families in Need

D.C. nonprofit THEARC provides critical services year-round. While it in normal times partly focuses on transformative arts programs, now it’s mainly working to provide medical services, job connections and food to families. News4’s Eun Yang reports.
