Terry McAuliffe Sworn In as 72nd Governor of Virginia

Virginia has new leadership. Terry McAuliffe was sworn in as the Commonwealth’s 72nd Governor, as close friends Bill and Hillary Clinton looked on. McAuliffe used his inaugural address to reach out to Republicans, as News4 Northern Virginia Bureau Chief Julie Carey reports.
