Teen suspect in Baltimore killing of DC officer was ‘paranoid' about being targeted, tipster said

More than six years after an off-duty D.C. police officer was shot and killed as he sat in a car in Baltimore, a suspect has been charged. The suspect, an 18-year-old alleged drug dealer, saw people in a car and was “paranoid” that they would harm him, court documents say. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
