Teen Killed in NoMa Tried to Protect Friend: Documents

The D.C. teen fatally stabbed in NoMa earlier this month had been trying to protect a friend, court documents say. A girl at his school argued with someone else and then said she would get her “hood boys” to defend her. News4’s Pat Collins has the story.
