Teen Arrested in Metro Parking Lot Stabbing

A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with the stabbing of another teen in the parking lot of the Brookland Metro station. 

Metro Transit Police say the victim was involved in an altercation with five other teens when he was stabbed by one of the suspects at 5 p.m. Monday. 

The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment. 

Police were able to identify the 17-year-old suspect using surveillance footage from a nearby bus. 

There's no word on what charges he will face.
