Teacher Sentenced in Montgomery County Had Been on “Do Not Use List”

A Montgomery County judge sentenced a former substitute teacher to the maximum five years in prison on Friday for inappropriately touching students. Jose Pineda apologized in court, and a young woman abused by Pineda also took the stand. News4’s Darcy Spencer also learned Pineda had been on a “do not use” list but continued to get jobs with the school system.
