T-Mobile Customers Getting ‘Cramming' Refunds

More than a half million T-Mobile customers have a refund coming. Consumer Reporter Susan Hogan reports it stems from a settlement with the Federal Trade Commission more than two years ago over third-party charges added to bills through a practice known as “cramming.”
