Suspects Target Parents' Cars Outside Maryland Schools

Brazen criminals were caught on camera busting car windows and stealing parents’ belongings outside three different schools in Frederick County, Maryland, police say. News4’s Chris Gordon reports a child was sitting inside the last car they tried to steal from.
