Two woman are expected to be okay after they were shot Sunday night in southeast Washington.
Police were called to the 1300 block of Congress Street SE at 11:20 p.m. for a report of a shooting. Authorities say one of the women was show in the face and leg; the other suffered a gunshot wound to the leg.
Both were conscious and breathing when they were transported to the hospital. Police say their injuries are not life-threatening.
Investigators say they're looking for a gray of silver SUV. No other suspect information was available.
