Students Protest “Militarization” of University of Maryland Police

Some local students are using the situation in Ferguson, Missouri to criticize campus police. A group at the University of Maryland says campus police need to “demilitarize” and specifically point to how officers are armed. News4’s Derrick Ward was at the protest in College Park.
