Status of Mandatory Testing at Maryland Nursing Homes

With deaths mounting at the nation’s nursing homes, the White House strongly recommended all residents and staff be tested for the coronavirus in the next two weeks. Maryland’s governor mandated that testing back April 29, but the News4 I-Team found in many homes it hasn’t happened yet. Investigative Reporter Jodie Fleischer explains why.
