State of the State: O'Malley Targets Maryland Death Penalty

In his State of the State address Wednesday, Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley called on lawmaker to repeal the state’s death penalty. As News4’s Chris Gordon reports, the issue could ultimately be up to voters.
