Sons of the American Revolution Honors One of DC's First Black Officers

Robert Fleet, one of D.C.’s first African American officers, died while responding to a fire in 1874. News4’s Derrick Ward reports how the D.C. chapter of The Sons of the American Revolution honored him during a ceremony on the Fourth of July.
