Skate Park to Be Built in Memory of 5-Year-Old Boy Killed in Car Crash

A skate park will be built in Baltimore to honor the memory of a 5-year-old boy who was killed in a car crash by a distracted driver in 2011. Joey Jett, a skateboarder who lives in Towson, Maryland, is stepping in to help.
