Sinking Parking Garage Repaired, But Who Pays is Unclear

Construction on a parking garage at the Silver Line’s eventual Innovation Center Station in Herndon was halted last year when officials realized it sank 4 inches. They now say it is repaired and ready to be finished, but Fairfax County and contractor Manhattan Construction may soon be battling over who will foot the bill.
