Silver Spring Facility Offers Relief for Area Homeless

A new facility opened Saturday in Silver Spring, Maryland. It will offer shelter, food and resources to many of Montgomery County’s homeless. News4’s Derrick Ward spoke with residents and county leaders about the change.
