Siblings Arrested in Connection With Missing Va. Police Reservist

Police reserve officer Kevin Quick remains missing, but siblings, 18-year-old Daniel Mathis and 20-year-old Mercedes Shelton have been arrested and charged with stealing Quick’s car. The pair’s older sister has been arrested as well. The reward for information leading to Quick’s discovery has reached $30,000.
