Government Shutdown Enters Day 4; No End in Sight

The high-speed chase from the White House toward the Capitol was just a blip in the congressional partisan rancor that has stalled the federal government. Thursday, President Barack Obama took on House Republicans over the government shutdown again in a speech to a small Maryland construction company, saying House Speaker John Boehner should call for a vote.
