Should Out-of-State Drivers Have to Pay Speed Camera Tickets?

If a D.C. speed camera zaps someone visiting from out of town, should they have to pay? New Jersey State Sen. Declan O’Scanlon says no. He introduced legislation to protect New Jersey drivers from any speed or red light camera tickets. “We don’t tolerate it here in New Jersey. We don’t want to tolerate it from other governments taking advantage of our residents,” he said. News4’s Adam Tuss reports.
