Shooting of 2 More Teens Puts Southeast DC Neighborhoods on Edge

Two more teenagers were shot and wounded Thursday night in Southeast D.C. “People know who did it but they’re not going to tell. This is just a code they live by,” one resident said. News4’s Chris Gordon spoke with neighbors.
