Sewage Spill Creates a Stink for Trail Goers

A massive sewage spill is creating a stinky situation at the Capital Crescent Trail. The trail, between Fletchers Cove and Water Street in Georgetown, could be closed for a week. News4’s Megan McGrath is there with more on what’s happening.
