Series of Thefts From USPS Mail Collection Boxes Investigated in Maryland

Police are looking for a man on surveillance video who they say targeted at least one U.S. Postal Service collection box. News4’s Shomari Stone reports authorities are warning that thieves are swiping money from people’s mail.
