Fire Alarms in Senior Home Didn't Work, Good Samaritan Says

A man who ran into the Navy Yard senior home that caught fire Wednesday said he pulled fire alarms in the building but they didn’t work. D.C.’s fire chief said he has heard similar reports and that the department will investigate. News4’s Megan McGrath reports.
