Seat Pleasant Police Chief Cleared of Wrongdoing

The chief of the Seat Pleasant, Maryland, police department was cleared of criminal wrongdoing. Prince George’s County Bureau Chief Tracee Wilkins reports Chief Devan Martin says he was targeted by a disgruntled employee because of his work to clean up the department.
