Some small business owners in Seat Pleasant, Maryland, will have to pay thousands of dollars because of a new city council initiative to change the look of the security doors on their store fronts. A Seat Pleasant City spokesman say it’s part of a much-needed beautification effort, but business owners tell News4’s Tracee Wilkins the plan will cost them too much.
